Priority service is given to every Platinum Member. This means that we will always serve Platinum Members ahead of all other customers. You will be placed at the head of the line for all service needs. This applies to not only emergency, but also routine calls.
All service calls receive a 20% discount on Parts & Labor. No additional after hours or holiday fees. Replacement of new equipment, such as a complete air conditioner, furnace, or water heater will receive a 10% discount off our already low prices. Platinum Member services and diagnostics fees are waived if paid service is performed.
Your Platinum Membership Agreement can be transferred to another home in the Las Vegas area, or to the new home owner of your existing residence. Simply send us notification in writing of the transfer.
